1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

2. Required Proof for Returns

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Minor design or finish variations (common in artificial jewellery and handcrafted products)

4. Return Process

  • Submit your request within 48 hours
  • Our team will review it within 2–3 working days
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared

Do not ship the product without confirmation from our team.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if applicable)

Processing Time: 5–7 business days after approval

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping & Return Charges

  • If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, we will guide you on the return process
  • In other cases, return requests may not be accepted
