Shipping, Returns
& Refunds Policy

At Punjabi Libas, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

To protect both you and us, we require clear documentation for every return request:

• Unboxing video — mandatory for all return requests
• Clear photographs of the product showing the damage or defect
• Clear photograph of the outer packaging

We understand that shopping online requires trust. However, returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
• Minor color differences due to screen display or lighting conditions
• Minor design or finish variations in handcrafted items and artificial jewellery (these are natural characteristics)

• 1 Submit your return request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with required proof
• 2 Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days and get back to you
• 3 If approved, return instructions and a pickup/drop address will be shared with you
• 4 Ship the product only after receiving written confirmation from our team

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team. Approved refunds will be issued via:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will guide you through the return process and cover applicable arrangements
• Returns arising from personal preference or non-eligible reasons will not be accepted
